A brand new mansion close to the former luxury homes of John Lennon and Ringo Starr has emerged for sale for an eye-watering £14.5million.
Grosvenor House is in the exclusive St George’s Hill area in Weybridge, Surrey, where the two Beatles lived at the height of their fame.
The magnificent mansion is newly built and is more like a hotel than a domestic home.
